Resolves Yes if, on or before 24 August 2026, the serving Inspector General of the National Police Service appears in person before a committee of the National Assembly or the Senate, as recorded in the Order Paper, committee proceedings, or official communication published by Parliament of Kenya. An appearance by a deputy, a representative, or any other officer of the National Police Service in his place does not count. A scheduled appearance that does not take place does not count.
