Will the Rironi–Naivasha road section be fully dualled and open to traffic by 30/10/2026?

This market resolves at 12:00 EAT on 2/11/2026 to Yes if the Kenya National Highways Authority publishes confirmation by the resolution time that the entire Rironi–Naivasha section of the Rironi–Mau Summit highway was fully dualled and opened to ordinary public traffic in both directions by 23:59 EAT on 30/10/2026. Both carriageways must be operational throughout the section, without construction diversions requiring motorists to use a single shared carriageway. Partial openings, ceremonial launches without public access, trial access restricted to selected vehicles, and statements that works are nearly or substantially complete do not qualify. Statements that completion remains subject to unfinished auxiliary works also do not qualify. The existing road remaining passable during construction does not count. Completion of the Naivasha–Mau Summit section is not required. If KeNHA confirms that the qualifying opening occurred after the deadline, or publishes no qualifying confirmation by resolution, the market resolves No. Project cancellation, suspension or a revised completion date does not extend the deadline and resolves No unless the qualifying opening already occurred. If KeNHA’s relevant publications cannot be accessed sufficiently to determine the result at resolution, the market is void. Resolution source: Kenya National Highways Authority

This market resolves at 12:00 EAT on 1/12/2026 to Yes if Citizen Digital publishes confirmation by 23:59 EAT on 30/11/2026 that Kenya’s United Opposition bloc has formally and publicly named one individual as its agreed joint presidential candidate for the 2027 General Election. The report must identify the candidate and attribute the announcement to a joint statement, a coalition decision-making meeting, or a spokesperson explicitly announcing the bloc’s collective decision. An individual politician declaring their own candidacy, a constituent party nominating its candidate, personal endorsements, leaked negotiations, shortlists, proposed selection methods and promises of a later announcement do not qualify. A qualifying announcement counts even if the candidate subsequently withdraws or is replaced; IEBC nomination or clearance is not required. If no qualifying report is published by the deadline, the market resolves No. Delayed negotiations, cancellation of an announcement event or dissolution of the bloc without a qualifying announcement also resolve No. If Citizen Digital’s relevant reporting cannot be accessed sufficiently to determine the result at resolution, the market is void. Each player's market resolves Yes if that player scores the most goals in Premier League matches during the 2026/27 season, and No if any other player scores the most. Only goals scored in Premier League matches count; goals in domestic cups, the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Conference League and international matches do not count. Own goals do not count toward any player's total. Where two or more players are tied on the highest total, this market resolves to whichever of those players has the higher ratio of goals to minutes played in Premier League matches during the 2026/27 season, calculated as total Premier League goals divided by total Premier League minutes played, using the minutes figure published by the Premier League. Where those players are also tied on that ratio, this market resolves to whichever of their surnames comes first alphabetically. If the top scorer is a player not listed as a rung in this event, this market resolves to "Other". If the 2026/27 season is cancelled or not completed by 14 June 2027, this market resolves to "Other". Source: premierleague.com
